When you refer a friend, they receive a 15% discount (the “Discount”) towards a future purchase of any Roadie device on roadietuner.com, exclusive of taxes and shipping charges. You will receive a $15 credit (the “Credit”) towards the purchase of any product in the store in the Roadie Tuner app, provided that the referral was generated using your custom referral link or the invitation through the App. The Credit/Discount may be subject to product restrictions or exclusions. The Credit/Discount may be combined with other offers, is non-transferable, and may only be used by intended and eligible recipients. This offer may be amended, suspended or terminated at any time. Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with persons with whom you have a personal connection. You can refer up to 10 people. A non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities includes self-referrals, spamming, using fake information to sign up, and use of automated systems. Any Credit/Discount earned as a result of error, illegal, fraudulent or improper activities, or in violation of these terms or any other agreement between you and Band Industries, as determined in Band Industries’ sole discretion, are null and void. To be eligible to participate in the program, you must be at least 18 years of age. Credits may not be redeemed for cash.
