This is a fairly new technology so make sure you do some research about your device. Here’s some general information:
Mac: Go into your "System Report" through Utilities->System Information. MIDI BLE is available with "LMP Version" 0x06 or higher.
Windows: Devices that are fully updated with Windows 10 have MIDI BLE support.
iPhone: Generally, iOS 8 should support BLE MIDI.
Android: Android 6.0 Marshmallow or later should have software support.
