Troubleshooting (hard reset)

Modified on Tue, 18 May, 2021 at 4:48 PM

P.S. Always make sure you have the latest firmware version installed on your Roadie. Some errors you might be having can be resolved by updating Roadie's firmware.

If Roadie 2 or Roadie Bass become unresponsive (frozen) , a hard reset is required. Simply insert a pin into the reset pinhole and press the button within to reset your Roadie.

Note: Troubleshooting Roadie 2 or Roadie Bass will not erase your data.
